HD Video Tutorial: Celebrity Skin

HD Video Tutorial: Celebrity Skin

Celebrity skin is all about trendy, glowing, bronzed skin without looking overdone. This is my first airbrush tutorial, but you can create this look similarly with a few noted changes below.

Please note that this video is marked INTERMEDIATE because you can simplify it for daytime or add your signature looks to it for a more dramatic feel.

Products used on the model PRIOR to filming:

Kinerase Hydraboost (For Hydration)
Smashbox Luminizing Primer

Products used on the model DURING the video:

Make Up For Ever Concealer Palette and Smashbox #5 Precision Concealer Brush
Temptu S/B Foundation used with the Temptu AIR Compressor and Sparmax SP-35 Airbrush
Temptu S/B “046 Guava” Blush

If you don’t have an airbrush, opt for Make Up For Ever’s HD Foundation and HD Blush in “Nip Slip.” Apply both products using a Sephora HD Complexion brush. By “buffing” the liquids over the skin using a fluffy brush, you’ll give the skin an airbrushed appearance.

Smashbox PhotoSet Powder and Paula Dorf Fan Brush
Make Up For Ever #2 Contour Kit with Paula Dorf Fan Brush
Smashbox PhotoFinish Lid Primer
and Smashbox #5 Precision Concealer Brush
Laura Mercier “Rose Gold” Cream Colour and Smashbox #15 Definer Brush

Urban Decay “X” and “Twice Baked” Shadows and Smashbox #10 Crease Brush
Smashbox “Onyx” Limitless Liner Pencil and Smashbox “Full Exposure” Mascara
Bobbi Brown “Chocolate” Brow Shadow and Smashbox #12 Brow Brush
Smashbox “Light” Nude Lip Liner and Smashbox “Boundless” Limitless SPF15 Gloss

I hope you all enjoyed – can’t wait to bring you the next tutorial (and the next CELEBRITY SKIN demo)!!!

    Hello,

Can you tell me what colour foundation you are using? And the color matching if for the MUFE HD foundation if not using the air brush?

    Thank you so much!

  2. I’m not sure what color that was, it was months ago! It was probably the Temptu S/B 05. Is this for yourself? I would recommend getting matched in person to ensure accuracy.

I have to say, as a makeup artist myself, your work is absolutely amazing. And I have to compliment the way your videos are presented. Very good quality. I’m curious though, what music are you using for videos like this, and others?
